A very specific foods plan is to be followed in the 3 day diet. This diet has to be specifically followed as suggested by the dieticians and also one should avoid overeating otherwise you will not be able to achieve the target of 10 pounds weight loss. 3 day diet is a very simple low calorie diet which does not includes any kind of chemical reaction but the weight drops down to normal because of the sudden drop in calories. The very popular fad diet will be completed in 3 days giving you a complete solution to the excess weight. The first day of the diet contains a breakfast of tea cup or black coffee, a slice of plain toast and half a citrus fruit. In lunch you can try out the carrot or beetroot which are proffered for their beat carotene content. You can also try out the tuna salad with vegetable juice. You can add a small amount of lean meat which can be easily carried off with string beans and citrus fruit.

You can start your second day with some coffee or tea accompanied by an egg, one banana for conserving some energy for the day. You can carry off your day with a light lunch that consists of a cheese spread on some crackers and some vegetable or fruit juice. For the night you can prepare two hot dogs served with blanched broccoli and slightly buttered carrots. For the final and the third day you can prepare your breakfast with crackers and cheddar cheese with a dish of apples and a preferred cup of drink. For lunch you can boil an egg with a slice of toast and in dinner you can take in tune with cauliflowers and a citrus fruit.
